SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to get your package as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you are ordering in advance or need your product ASAP. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 slight delays are possible during this time, but we’re working our hardest to get your orders to you on time. All shipping timeframes are estimates and are subject to change at any time for any reason during this time.

Orders are processed and shipped out in the order they are recieved  Monday to Friday only; Processing timeframes vary and are located under each individual product & service. Some products will take a little longer to produce and or ship depending on workload and size of the order. Should this be the case you will be notified by the designer. Orders placed on the weekend, a holiday, or any weekday after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Should you need your item (s) by a certain time frame please CONTACT US prior to placing your order and  we will do our best to accommodate you.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Please ensure you address is fully entered and  correct. We do not assume responsibility for incorrect information. If a package is returned because it is  non-deliverable there will be a package RESHIP FEE.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Cloptondesignstudio.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount must be paid along with your reship fee.

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered through tracking. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (USPS or UPS - depending on the method selected.) and address the issue with them directly. Clopton Design Studio LLC does  not hold or assume responsibility for packages stated as delivered. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If you are missing a package that does not state it has been delivered please  CONTACT US  and we will work with USPS or UPS to find out why the package is missing. Just a reminder; If a package shows as delivered we can not reship or refund that order.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

 

All items are inspected thoroughly before they are packaged and shipped, however should you receive a defective item please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please note all sales are considered final. There are 100% NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will ship to P.O Boxes via USPS, However expedited shipping is not available for packages sent to P.O Boxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

• 100% non-refundable payment on ALL design projects.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Prices and quantities are non-negotiable.
• If a project is cancelled by “The Client”, for whatever reason, the payment will serve as a cancellation fee.
• There is no refund after labor has been placed into a project
• Print design projects such as Business Card, Flyers etc MUST BE PAID IN FULL including shipping before sending off to print.
• Print projects will be sent to print only after client approval.  After project is sent to print, there are no refunds unless printer is at fault.
• All print materials are sent to a Residential Address by default. Any other mailing option is not accepted.
• No final art work or files without watermarking will be sent until final approval.
• Draft files (revision files, non selected logo proofs, premium paid fonts & themes, PSDS,) remain the property of Clopton Design Studio.
• Logo files are only sent once the project has been fully completed, in the formats of 1 each: JPG/PNG (more files available upon request.)
